Blodeuwedd, created from the flowers of broom, meadowsweet, and oak, is the Welsh Goddess of flowers, transformation, and owls. Following is a list of ideas and ways to honor her; these are some ways that I personally worship Her, so they may not work for everybody/be the same for everybody. *Images are not mine
Drink rose or floral tea first thing in the morning, and leave some for her
She especially loves tea lattes with cream and sugar
Plant a flower garden, or, alternatively, plant a potted flower if you don’t have the space for a garden
Meditate and reach out to her/talk to her
Walk barefoot outside (bonus points if it’s through a garden or oak forest)
Create a spell jar for her made of flowers and quartz, and place a rose on top
Write her a poem or play her some music
Visit botanical gardens and donate to them (both time and monetary if you can)
Construct an outdoor altar made of flowers and oak leaves
Visit any outdoor nature center
Hug an oak tree
Visit an owl sanctuary, and/or donate
Photograph flowers and frame them (bonus points if the flowers are yours)
Give a friend a bouquet
Surround yourself with owl statuary or imagery
Paint flowers on yourself
Love yourself in every way
And love freely and openly without restraint
Go big or go home: if you’re like me, and want to fully dedicate yourself to her for the rest of your life: get a flower tattoo (bonus points if it’s meadowsweet)
